First, I am a loyal customer. Second, this was my worst experience. The body shop assessed my passenger front window and gave me a quote on one. They ordered it. Then when she calls to tell me this, she also tells me that she can order one have it in the next day for almost double the original quote. Nope, don't bother. My new tires were being put on the same day, turns out they can't do an alignment on my KIA because they don't have the tools to do so, but the alignment LOOKS ok. Could have told me that to begin with, I would have gone somewhere else. More

I wouldn't recommend this body shop to anyone it took 2 months to get our vehicle back. It should have taken 2 weeks none of the parts fit correctly. Multiple wrong parts ordered and it's already been back months to get our vehicle back. It should have taken 2 weeks none of the parts fit correctly.
