I have taken my car to this dealership for years and they are very reliable. The service is done quickly and they always keep me informed of what needs to be done before they do any repairs. While on vacation, I was having and issue with the key fob and thought that the battery needed replacement and stopped at a local convenient store to buy a new one. Upon opening the key fob, several piece fob and thought that the battery needed replacement and stopped at a local convenient store to buy a new one. Upon opening the key fob, several pieces fell to the floor and the "key" would not lock into position. I remembered there was a Chevy dealer near the exit off the highway and stopped at the service department for help. It was a Saturday morning and didn't know what to expect. I met with Chuck Loader, who was able to replace the pieces that were missing from a key fob he had on hand. and also made sure that I got a new battery and replaced it for me. Being All at no charge. I was truly grateful that I saw this dealership and Chuck was able to help. I really appreciated his professionalism. Thank you, Chuck! More

I took my 2018 GMC Denalihd in to get the oil changed. Chuck did an outstanding job of masking sure my truck was well taken care of! We had truck issues after traveling almost 450 miles from Iowa and the crew at Holm's Automotive in Albilene didn't hesitate to work us in to their already busy schedule.
