A great experience! I was in the market for a newer truck and decided to make the short drive from Salina to Holm Automotive in Abilene to see what they had. I got hooked up with Don, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for, at a price that blew away the other trucks I had seen at other dealers. Don's relaxed, no pressure attitude was exactly what I needed. Informative, but not pushy in any way. Don gave me a great deal on my trade, and made sure the almost new truck I was purchasing, was in tip top shape before I drove away in it. He beat out the best deal that I had from another dealership by $6k, with a truck that actually had less miles, and 2 years newer. I don't think I could be any happier with the deal I got! Trustworthy and informative as always We took our old secondary car in to be fixed. Do to distance and availability at the time, we bought a car from our local dealer here in Salina. We thought and felt the Tauras would have been more convenient for us older drivers. After a few weeks we discovered we were wrong. It was hard for us to get in and out of and hard to determine where the edges of the car were to the surrounding parking and driving lanes. It is totally bigger...but more compact in seating areas. We had forgotten how important it was (when having our car serviced) to have someone at the service department explain what and why things had to be done. Even if they had to go over the paperwork more than once, and had to explain it in ways we could understand. Did they completely fix our old pickup? No. But they did their best. I was told that the truck would have to be taken to a Mazda Service location where they had more sophisticated or newer diagnostic equipment.. I really think our next car will be purchased from Holm Automotive in Abiline. Not because of the sales, but because of the service department. They make us kind of feel like family.. More

The owner Tim Holm, was at the Dealership toward the end of the day and he made a point to not only meet us, but to ask for our candid opinion. He specifically asked about how everything went regarding the reason why we choose this dealership, what we thought of their website and all that was encompassed within the sale.
