My Jeep Wrangler was at the body shop for 3 months (way too long). When I picked it up, the Close Fuel Door light was on, and as I drove, it went into Red Turtle mode as I was about to get on the highway. too long). I will never understand how you can give out appointments yet take days to actually look at the vehicle. In Massachusetts when you get an appointment for service you show up and they look at your car then an yet take days to actually look at the vehicle. In Massachusetts when you get an appointment for service you show up and they look at your car then and there. Here we were given an appointment for 9:40 AM on Monday December 16th. We never got to see Christian after 30 minutes or more a woman finally took our car in. We were told it would be 2 days before they could look at it. We rented a car for three days and finally took it back and picked up our car on the third day at 4:30 PM and it had not even been looked at. This is not satisfactory in my book. Why do you take in more cars then you can service? It cost me $185.00 and still have no answer to my problem. This is my fourth jeep and I love it, but It will be my last as your South Florida service stinks. This is the second dealer who has done this to me and it just is not satisfactory. More
