I dropped my vehicle off last year, 12-30-24 with concerns about excessive oil use.and smelling oil burning. When I would call I got the phone call pass-around and elevator music until the system disconnected. I never got to speak to the person who took the vehicle in, or a service manager, or anyone of substance to tell me what the status was. I went and picked my vehicle up and will never go back to them again for anything. It's a shame because I bought the vehicle there. I have bought a few new vehicles in my lifetime and this was the first used vehicle. No dealership was as bad as this. Never again. More

Neyma Cuello demonstrated a lack of follow-up and failed to respond to texts or emails. After waiting 48 hours for a response, I had to personally drive 25 minutes from Weston to get an update. It wasn’t un to respond to texts or emails. After waiting 48 hours for a response, I had to personally drive 25 minutes from Weston to get an update. It wasn’t until I escalated the issue to Jeep corporate that I received the proper customer service and follow-through, as no one seemed to care prior to that. While we are now past this issue and in a better place, this survey pertains to Neyma, and my responses reflect my experience in 2024.customer service. Based on this experience, I will not be working with her again. More
