Excellent excellent Service! !!!! I cannot praise the service department more. I have a Jeep Wrangler and my kids worked hard to remove the top to take the Jeep to the Keys for th !!!! I cannot praise the service department more. I have a Jeep Wrangler and my kids worked hard to remove the top to take the Jeep to the Keys for the holidays. A few hours before we were scheduled to leave, my check engine light came on. I drove straight to Hollywood Jeep and explained the unfortunate situation and how awful the timing was. Without hesitation, Brandon Ortega, the manager, did everything in his power to save our vacation by bending over backwards to look at the car even though it was 3:30PM before a holiday weekend. He could have just said sorry you have to leave the Jeep and we will get to it (which is a normal acceptable response in most instances), but instead was beyond professional, knowledgable, empathetic and kind! He took the time to care about the consequences of saying no and found that the issue was a relatively simple battery issue that they fixed that day SAVING our family vacation. The work was done by the mechanical specialists in a quick, clean and efficient manner. Everyone at the dealership was nice, precessional and top notch! I HIGHLY recommend Hollywood Jeep and cannot thank Brandon Ortega and his team enough for being awesome!!!! More
