I changed from one dealer to the hollywood branch but I regret it. Left my car on a Tuesday and got it back a week an half later, no communication at all from the dealer no care for the costumer very disap regret it. La compagnie de locat disant que Hollywwood Chrysler Jeep n’avait pas payé le véhicule de courtoisie qu’il nous avait prêté supposément gratuitement. La compagnie de location a donc pris $560 sur notre carte de crédit. Sur le commentaire d’y il y a deux, Hollywood Chrysler Jeep nous ont répondu qu’ils étaient vraiment désolés et qu’ils en feraient part au directeur général. Encore un autre mensonge puisque nous n’avons reçu aucun retour du directeur général. Vraiment un service médiocre de Brayan Osorio qui de débarrasse de nous sans respecter les dires et surtout les écrits de ses employés. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit. More
