Hollywood Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

I usually don’t bother with surveys or reviews of places but I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. With my previous dealership Joey Accardi in pompano I could never get anyone on the phone they but I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. With my previous dealership Joey Accardi in pompano I could never get anyone on the phone they were rude and I sent my car there multiple times left it for weeks on end for them to give it back to me with the same issues. While I was ubering to work and I could never get them to reply to any of my messages. With this dealership my tech Jorge was amazing. I told him about the previous issues I was having with my car and he took care of everything he even noticed that when I took my car to get repainted at my previous dealership that they never put the decals back on my car. I honestly can’t believe I never noticed that, but it was refreshing to talk to someone that not only knew what he was doing but took the time to actually look at my car. He also made sure I got a rental car so I could still make it to work and he was totally accessible when I had questions. I will be taking my business to them from here on out. More

Not pleased how Chrysler jeep handle my vehicle issues. My jeep had an issue shifting gear. Brought the vehicle to dealer as it was protected by manufacture warranty. The dealer poorly diagnosed the vehicle and did minor valve body repair which didn't fix the problem. shifting gear ISSUE reapered, brought vehicle to the dealer FOR REPAIR and was told that I was responsible for the repair cost event though it was exact same issues they worked on when car was under warranty. NOT BUYING JEEP AGAIN. I FEEL I WAS TREATED UNFAIR AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. ALSO DEALER HAS A POOR SERVICE. THEY DON'T SEND YOU ANY UPDATES TO KEEP YOU INFORM OF THE REPAIR PROGRESS. EVERYTIME I SHOWED UP AT SERVICE DESK TO CHECK ON MY VEHICLE ALL I GET FROM SERVICE REP IS LIE AFTER LIE. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! More

Overpriced labor, and parts Prices they want it over $1200 for a simple tuneup of six spark plugs coil and spark plug wires. Took it in for an oil change and tore rotation. Got home and realized the tires were not rotated. Had to go back and get them rotated which was a major inconvenience.
