I have been a customer of this dealership for years, and I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. On September 19th, I came in for an oil change. Service advisor Steve clearly did not want to take my car, but the mechanic was professional and completed the work. I then returned twice for the recall service, following Steve's instructions exactly. On Tuesday, he refused to even accept my vehicle and told me to come back the next morning. When I came back as instructed, he said the car would need to stay for 2 days, even though the mechanic told me the actual work would take about 2 hours. As a result, I wasted two additional days, while Steve showed absolutely no respect for my time and continued to treat me in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. The mechanic witnessed Steve's behavior toward me all three times. I came in as a loyal customer for a routine service, but instead encountered disrespect, wasted time, and indifference. This experience brought me to tears. I consider this treatment absolutely unacceptable More
