I've purchased 3 Vehicles from the dealership 2 New Vehicle's and 1 Used Vehicle and as with previous great experiences I had with the dealership Service Advisors and staff, I've came to a plum pleasin Vehicle's and 1 Used Vehicle and as with previous great experiences I had with the dealership Service Advisors and staff, I've came to a plum pleasing pleasurable satisfaction as was with vehicles prior to having a Dodge Make Car serviced for the first time there, because in the past 8 years I've been doing it myself yearly as far as the oil change using Pennsoil Platinum Synthetic Oil which was that I told would last a year as oppose to the mileage and tires didn't need further attention due to my surprise. They had my truck for 20 days. It only had 1000 miles on it. You can't get anyone on the phone to tell you what is wrong with it or when it will be ready. Every time they said it would be ready by end of the day it was another problem. You think after having it for so long they could've returned it clean but no. It was dirty my drivers seat fully reclined all my windows down radio on a station I don't have programmed and protein bar wrappers on my floor. I was excited about owning my first Jeep and this completely robbed me of that experience. The sales department made the purchase flawless and also assisted me in getting a loaner vehicle which I don't know what I would have done without. The service department needs an overhaul and needs to learn what exceptional customer service is because they have no clue. If you need to take your vehicle here be prepared to show up in person for updates for they do not answer their phones. I also suggest taking pictures of the speedometer fuel gauge and interior and exterior of the vehicle per previous comments left. I do plan on making a visit to hopefully speak with someone in management regarding my experience in hope of getting some answers and reassurance of better service in the future. For now this is a very solid negative rating! More

One of the worst experience I have ever dealt with--Neyma Cuello - Service Advisor---was rude and would never commutate. Jeep was there for 2 weeks, Will NOT be coming back.
