Hoffman is conveniently located and had a car that appeared to meet my exact criteria from colors to features. I went over to investigate further and to see if they could make the deal work. The moon and stars must have been aligned because I got an excellent deal and drove away the same day with my new car. Putting this into perspective, I arrived at 2 pm on the last day of the month, likely the busiest day of the month for any dealership, and still got my car that day. Carlos (the salesman) knew a lot about the cars and was prepared to answer all of my questions. He and Peter (the finance guy) made the deal work so that it met my objectives and was as painless a process as possible. I believe they truly want to provide excellent service. I actually am looking forward to seeing them again in 3 years! More

I came to the Hoffman group 2 years ago for my first Lexus, that was a good experience, very easy no pressure, I came back last week to upgrade and ge I came to the Hoffman group 2 years ago for my first Lexus, that was a good experience, very easy no pressure, I came back last week to upgrade and get a new car, this time it was a great experience, I dealt with Matt Louis, awesome, we picked out the car, went for a ride, hammered out the details, met with the "deal maker" and boom, 45 minutes later I'm done, picked up the car the next day, 15 minutes with Peter in finance, 15 minutes with Rebecca going over new technology and programming my info into the car, all while Matt was handling the rest of the logistics for my old car and plates for the new car, I've had a lot of experiences at multiple dealerships throughout the years, this was by far my best, the level of professionalism, attention to detail and value for my time was excellent, not to mention I feel like I got a good deal, I usually leave a car lot dealing like I overpaid, great job Matt Louis and team, ES350, More
