Ethan, in the sales department, was great to work with- very patient and knowledgeable. He answered my myriad questions without a hint of frustration and we settled on a very fair price. After looking at Acuras (my prior vehicle), Volvos, BMWs, Audis and Mercedes, I knew the Lexus was the right choice for me. I've driven it on the highway for a two hour trip and a four hour trip and this car is WAY NICE and SUPER COMFORTABLE (imagine gliding along a road made of butter with skates made of velvet, clouds, and inner peace). Even though I am still in the honeymoon phase of this relationship, I can imagine that my Lexus and Hoffman and I will be very happy together in the years to come!
