On line appointments I spent some time to provide a detailed description of the items I wanted addressed for my appointment. But when I began the check in process with my service consultant at my appointment, I was informed that the on line text by me was not available on the service rep's computer and we needed to start from scratch. This was disappointing as I ended up forgetting some service I had wanted. Overall the service facility was excellent. Clean. Staff very courteous. My brakes are now better and the steering allignement is improved. More

After working with sales person, Ethan Williamson I can safely say that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to purchase a new vehicle again. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Buying a new car can be stressful and aggravating, but it's not at all working with the Hoffman Lexus Team. Once again I left feeling extremely satisfied and happy with my newest purchase. Knowing that I got a great deal, car and will continue to get great service frim Hoffman allows me to enjoy the entire experience of getting my new car and owning and driving it for years to come. This place has it figured out! Every time we take either of our Lexus vehicles in for service we have a pleasant experience. Typically, I don't take the time to write a review, how Every time we take either of our Lexus vehicles in for service we have a pleasant experience. Typically, I don't take the time to write a review, however, this time was over the top! I brought in our SUV after I hit some ice and damaged the right front wheel. After trying to correct it with an alignment, the car still pulled to the right and I was told it would slightly. Well, my wife didn't enjoy the pulling, so I brought it back in and they ordered the part that would hopefully, correct it. After replacing the part, (while a had a loaner for 4 days over a weekend...and I enjoyed it), the car had a shimmy at higher speeds...so, I brought it in for the 3rd time. This time, they focused on the tires and reduced the shimmy to an acceptable level, mentioning that new tires would be needed on the next service. Overall, Sarah Gagnon was very helpful and pleasant to work with and there was NO CHARGE for the third visit! Thanks Hoffman and needless to say, I will be happy to share my experience with anyone I know! Sorry for the length. More
