fairly good service but too long a waiting time. i brought my car in for a new battery and an oil change. after 45 min the service rep told me that I would need new front and rear brakes and that it i brought my car in for a new battery and an oil change. after 45 min the service rep told me that I would need new front and rear brakes and that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Since I was waiting in the lounge I didn't mind the extra time. Unfortunately the whole process from bringing in the car to the time I left took 4 hours. When I complained about the length of time waiting the rep did not seem to care and said it took longer than usual. More

The car detailers also did a great job and worked especially hard to quickly finish additional last-minute options that we purchased so we didn't need to come back to have completed on another day. Micki, service consultant, immediately acknowledge my arrival and accommodated service on a very busy and tight day. She is so awesome. Time and time again, I am left with a good impression.
