part not in stock although service was scheduled Having my car picked up at my work and delivered back there was convenient, however the part that was supposed to be replaced (weather stripping from Having my car picked up at my work and delivered back there was convenient, however the part that was supposed to be replaced (weather stripping from the passengers door) was not in stock. I was told that the part was ordered but the box contained the wrong item. This is getting a bit frustrating as I originally brought the car to Hoffman Lexus myself on Jan. 3rd. At that time the part was ordered, I never got a call saying it was in. I called back myself in the beginning of February to schedule the work and as I mentioned above, the work still was not able to be done. I appreciate that Lexus does try to make servicing convenient for the customers, but I am now beginning for feel inconvenienced. I am hoping that the parts/service department will remember to call this time once the correct part arrives at the shop. More
