Always the best Have been a Hoffman customer since 1980 when I purchased my Alfa Romeo Spyder from the dealership in Avon( which I still own 93,000 original miles).Th Have been a Hoffman customer since 1980 when I purchased my Alfa Romeo Spyder from the dealership in Avon( which I still own 93,000 original miles).Then my next vehicle was a Saab from their East Hartford dealership in 1987. Purchased my first Lexus RX in 2003 which I gave to my daughter in 2011 when I bought another 2011 RX 350. Hoffman was always the best for sales, service and trust and why I have been a loyal customer for almost 40 years. More

Great service! Loved my car wash. While I did have a bit of a wait when I arrived for my appointment, I was apologized to for waiting (rare these days), and actually had a lovely chat While I did have a bit of a wait when I arrived for my appointment, I was apologized to for waiting (rare these days), and actually had a lovely chat with the Service Manager. He promised the car in 80 minutes, and in 80 minutes he came to get me to go over the results, I paid my bill, and then happily drove away in my beautifully clean car. Thank you Hoffman Lexus! More
