The least painless way to service my Lexus When I bring in my 2013 Lexus 450h in for service up to the present, I've been able to relax with my wife in the dealership's waiting area. While the When I bring in my 2013 Lexus 450h in for service up to the present, I've been able to relax with my wife in the dealership's waiting area. While the proper maintenance or repair is adequately being done to my car we're relaxing in the waiting area on comfortable easy chairs reading the newspapers and having refreshments supplied by the dealership. They always ask us if we'd like a breakfast sandwich but we decline since we once tried them and they were awful. My wife loves their coffee/ cappucino machine. In addition their restrooms are kept very clean. My only real complaint is that one of the waiting areas has a television and the other does not. These two areas adjoin each other. We prefer waiting in the room without the television. However, the noise from the television enters our room and we have to deal with listening to dumb & noisy daytime game shows while we're trying to relax and read a newspaper or our book. What I'm trying to say is that the room we're in should be sound proof to reduce the noise emanating from the other room. I'm sure other customers would feel the same way about this annoyance. More
