The staff worked with me. I was very happy with all the people that I talked with last Friday afternoon. Although my appt was on Saturday at 11 , I was not able to drop off t I was very happy with all the people that I talked with last Friday afternoon. Although my appt was on Saturday at 11 , I was not able to drop off the car off at that time. With some suggestions, it worked out nicely that I could bring my car in after 4 on Friday to do the check in so I could keep my Saturday appt. My car was ready when promised.
