Then Hoffman's Lindsay Fenton took care of the repair immediately, and put me back on the road in a day. That's just good service. Taking it above and beyond my expectations, the service team put in new headlights that were an extended warranty issue they had identified. I was provided a 2016 loaner car. And they washed and waxed my RX. I have never had a better experience. This dealership makes top shelf service happen. More

Awesome Experience Matt was outstanding to work with. I previously owned 4 Acuras.He educated me about the Lexus. He spent a significant amount of time teaching me about the technology package prior to me driving my new car home. This was very helpful as Acura never did this for me. The process to trade in my car and come to a mutual agreement was something I truly appreciated. I had a bottom number in my mind and it was met with ease. I am impressed with Lexus' warranty and service package. I love my new pre owned car. More

There were some issues setting up my new lease with my existing Lexus.com account, but Matt persisted and put pressure on the help desk to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. More
