After confirming the work to be done, I asked that special attention be given to the condition of the tires. I then spent 1 hour in the clean, very accommodating service lounge with excellent wi-fi access. I was back on the road 90 minutes after arriving, and the car had been rinsed and vacuumed as well. My only concern: I thought I was in for a routine oil change, following my original scheduling discussion with a service member; it turned out that it was a tire rotation and balancing call -- something that I had planned to do separately with another trusted, family provider. My wife did not schedule new tires and discussed it with me upon her return home. We had new tires installed at 33,000 miles and today the millage is between 62,000 and 63,000. How can they wear out in 29,000 miles????. Upon personal visual inspection I found that in no way we need new tires at this time. More

I was met by a wonderful woman who checked me in and then informed me that Mr. Craig Tracey wanted to speak with me himself and inspect my car himself. Both she and Mr. Tracey made me and my concerns feel very important to them. I was loaned a car since my service was going to be longer than 1.5 hours. When I came back to get my car I was so pleased and Surprised! My car looked brand new! I am so grateful and pleased to say I am a happy Hoffman customer! They are definitely number one in my book! Went in for 2016 NX and walked out with 2016 RX - Thank you! Saw Kevin S. at Hoffman in April 2016 to work out a deal for GX. Due to logistical issues with trade-in, was not able to complete deal. Back in the market this time with a much smaller budget looking for an NX. Test-drove; not what we were looking for. Asked to work out a deal for RX (before test-driving it). Kevin and Sebastian work their behinds off to work out a deal that was in my budget and got us features in the car much more than what I was looking for (more than ecstatic about this). Have already recommended people to go see Kevin at Hoffman, 3 days after purchase! Great team at Hoffman working for the customer, I must say! More
