The people who cleaned my car found them and placed them in the door armrest slot. It was a Costco card and my Insurance card. You have a very honest staff. A friend in need! Hoffman Lexus! I was driving a 11 year old Lexus purchased from Hoffman which I loved. I took in for an oil change only to find I had broken the front sway bar bar w I was driving a 11 year old Lexus purchased from Hoffman which I loved. I took in for an oil change only to find I had broken the front sway bar bar which had damaged the driver's side drive shaft. Looking at considerable expense which the 11 year old RX330 with 250,000 miles just could not support/justify. I walked into Walter Pethick's office looking for advice and 10 minutes leased a 2017 RX 350. The new car is beautiful. I am on top of the world! Thank you Walter and your staff. Thank you Hoffman. Friendly, helpful and patient service I have wanted the Lexus IS for years now. I was finally able to convince my husband to visit the dealership and a friend recommended Karan. Obviously, I have wanted the Lexus IS for years now. I was finally able to convince my husband to visit the dealership and a friend recommended Karan. Obviously, I was in love with the vehicle as soon as I saw it, but my husband needed a little more convincing. Karan was great- he knows the cars inside and out and demonstrated their amazing features and benefits in such a way that was non-pressuring and he was very patient with us. I was a little nervous that the dealership might be uppity, but Karan was totally cool, down to earth and very calm when I test drove the car. I, on the other hand, was a nervous wreck!! I would have bought the car that night, but needless to say, my husband was not cool with that. So, for the next couple weeks, he must have texted Karan 1,000 times with questions, went back for another test drive and ultimately came to the same conclusion that I had- we should buy the car. From that point on, Karan and my husband were in constant contact (over Thanksgiving weekend) so that all the paperwork would be ready for us when we went to pick up the car- all we had to do was sign. It was literally the easiest transition to a new vehicle I have ever had. Overall, my visit was a great experience. Not only was Karan great, but everyone else was really friendly, helpful and down to earth. I'm loving my new Lexus and it's easy to forget about the purchasing process when you're busy enjoying a new car, but everything was so easy, simple and breezy, I won't forget the great experience we had. And that's important because I know I will have to be back to the dealership periodically for maintenance, etc. I will definitely feel comfortable visiting again and I'm so happy that everything turned out so well with no hiccups.
