Car was being serviced for 11 days Earlier in the month I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation and was told that I needed some major work done on the car. This was a Earlier in the month I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation and was told that I needed some major work done on the car. This was all covered under warranty that we had purchased. Due to the holidays, it took 11 days. I was provided with a loaner . Service could not have been better and I was very pleased with the customer service.Everyone is professional and friendly. More
Not a smooth sales process It took me over 4 hours to buy a car even when I called in advance to have it ready for me and put a deposit on it. I had 2 different sales people and It took me over 4 hours to buy a car even when I called in advance to have it ready for me and put a deposit on it. I had 2 different sales people and the business manager didn't seem organized and couldn't fully explain the paperwork to my wife. There was a lot of waiting around and I was never sure what was going on. There wasn't good communication between the salesperson and business manager. This was my first Lexus purchase and was not the Lexus experience I was expecting. My next car will be an Audi or Infiniti. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by Reggie LaPlante. The initial car we were to drive was out so I just happen to be there when another salesman had taken a car in that morning. He asked what color I would like to have and I said red.He said it "was my lucky day"! Took it on a test drive, called my husband. He came in later, deposit left later that day... It's my first Lexus so I did not know what to expect. What I found was a great salesman, Tom Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable without a hard sell. He when he walked me through the different options and let me choose. He also got me a price I was happy with. Honestly, the dealer experience could have made or broken the deal. Sometimes you get an indication of "red flags". None here. At delivery time Tom was right on top of things: no hassles, quick and easy explanation of main features and then some. Peter Quagliaroli made finance smooth. Overall I had friendly, very professional help. Best car buying experience I've had. More
