After so Many years, Disappointed! I have been a customer for over 10 years and on my 4th Lexus. I was extremely upset over my last service visit. I have taken each of my cars in for se I have been a customer for over 10 years and on my 4th Lexus. I was extremely upset over my last service visit. I have taken each of my cars in for service religiously whenever service was required at each suggested 5,000 service. I brought my car in for a 25,000 service. As I do each time when I call to schedule an appointment, I asked what the service would entail. I was told I would simply need a tire rotation. At my last 20,000 AND 15,000 mile service I was told the same thing. At one of these I went in, only to be told that there was NO service required. I wasted my time going in and simply received an apology! When I came in for the 25K service , I was informed that I needed new tires at the cost of $1,000 because since the tires could not be rotated on my model and I had refused an oil change at the 20K service, so they did not have the opportunity to view the condition of the tires. Not true! I never refuse service if that is what is needed for the car. Inaccurate comments attributed to me and were placed in my service report. The Center had failed to assess the condition of my tires, had informed me that there were NO issues with my car and at 25K miles, I was told not only that it was dangerous for me to drive my car and therefore the front tires needed to be changed immediately, but that the rear tires would also need to be replaced soon after, at a total cost of $2,000!!! Service call staff need to be better trained on history of customer's vehicles when calling for an appointment. More

After factory warranty my Lexus Es 300 has been maintained by my mechanic.This 2001 model has 275000 miles and is running perfect. Did not require any repair except regular routine scheduled maintenance. I still own and operate this car. My new SUV has very low mileage. More

I don't wait there for 30 minutes, I am there for 2 hours or more. There is nothing around to walk to and I come all the way from Bridgeport. More
