On line appointments I spent some time to provide a detailed description of the items I wanted addressed for my appointment. But when I began the check in process with my service consultant at my appointment, I was informed that the on line text by me was not available on the service rep's computer and we needed to start from scratch. This was disappointing as I ended up forgetting some service I had wanted. Overall the service facility was excellent. Clean. Staff very courteous. My brakes are now better and the steering allignement is improved. More

This place has it figured out! Every time we take either of our Lexus vehicles in for service we have a pleasant experience. Typically, I don't take the time to write a review, however, this time was over the top! I brought in our SUV after I hit some ice and damaged the right front wheel. After trying to correct it with an alignment, the car still pulled to the right and I was told it would slightly. Well, my wife didn't enjoy the pulling, so I brought it back in and they ordered the part that would hopefully, correct it. After replacing the part, (while a had a loaner for 4 days over a weekend...and I enjoyed it), the car had a shimmy at higher speeds...so, I brought it in for the 3rd time. This time, they focused on the tires and reduced the shimmy to an acceptable level, mentioning that new tires would be needed on the next service. Overall, Sarah Gagnon was very helpful and pleasant to work with and there was NO CHARGE for the third visit! Thanks Hoffman and needless to say, I will be happy to share my experience with anyone I know! Sorry for the length. More

The 2 hour wait did not include a car wash, as my car was returned to me unwashed when I told them I had to leave. In addition, prior to the oil change I had asked they check the break pads, and they could not give me those definitive numbers at the end of the service as well. The rep had to call back to the mechanic who then gave a guesstimate. I didn't ask for a guesstimate. When considering travel time and a 2 hour oil change, one has to reconsider getting oil changes here in the future. More

After working with sales person, Ethan Williamson I can safely say that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to purchase a new vehicle again. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Buying a new car can be stressful and aggravating, but it's not at all working with the Hoffman Lexus Team. Once again I left feeling extremely satisfied and happy with my newest purchase. Knowing that I got a great deal, car and will continue to get great service frim Hoffman allows me to enjoy the entire experience of getting my new car and owning and driving it for years to come. Best car buying expensience of all time!! I was on the road 6am when my car registered “HOT”! I reviewed Hoffman’s stock on-line, places a call before 8”30 am and a sales person answered and I was on the road 6am when my car registered “HOT”! I reviewed Hoffman’s stock on-line, places a call before 8”30 am and a sales person answered and asked me to come in. I reviewed the selection available on site and made a purchase! Not prepared to make a car purchase and with only my car as the trade in, I purchased a certified car with an excellent warranty. I test drove the car, requested financing and drove my new car home that evening. Hoffman turned my bad experience into one of the most enjoyable buying experience under such the circumstances. I cannot thank the sales associate, Woody Hammond and all of the staff, for providing such professional servicing during this process. I will indeed return to Hoffman for my next vehicle purchase along with referring family and friends to the dealership. More

Always a pleasure to be serviced at Lexus I was very impressed that I called for an appointment and got one for within 24 hours, as we have vacation plans for next week.
