If I could give it a negative I would, Manger was very rude when confronted with an issue. The guy taking the car was a total sleaze ball trying to pull a fast one, had no option but to pay for something rude when confronted with an issue. The guy taking the car was a total sleaze ball trying to pull a fast one, had no option but to pay for something that I didn’t not agree to, threatening with police if I didn’t pay. Worse experience of my life. If you’re going in for regular maintenance like brakes oil etc.. then I’m sure you’re experience seems nice but anything more then that, they will try and phuck you over from the mechanic doing unnecessary work, and the manger justifying the time waisted and me having to pay. Only name I remember is Roy seems nice but will not return phone calls unless it had something to do with payment. My experience was very unpleasant, I would not recommend getting any serious work done cause you could find a certified mechanic that will not try and pull a fast one on you like at Hoffman Lexus. Negative 5 if it was possible More
They were excellent, from beginning to end. I've dealt with other deslerships, and these guys are definitely going to treat you fairly and value your trade-in more honestly than anywhere else! If I could give negative 5 stars that would be the score. In mid-November, I went to purchase a car but they were sold. Since my 2008 ES350 car with 123,000 miles' heat on the passenger side didn't work, I wanted to get it fix before winter. Dan S. in the service department said my car needed repairs and I gave my trust for $5000 plus repairs but in the end the heat still did not work. Now addressing the heating issue, Dan S guaranteed if I spent $1400 more, it would be fix. Of course, he denied this. I agreed because I wanted to get through the winter with heat. When I picked up the car, there was O miles of gas posted on the display and still no heat on the passenger side. I was so angry I did not respond; However, Dan S. called me and ask why I only gave them three stars. Dan requested that if I change my rating, he will give me a loaner car and once again he guaranteed the heating issue would be fixed for free of which again, he denied. After little or poor communication for a month, he said that all the mechanics tried to fix it to no avail and imagine it would cost Hoffman $2200 more to take the next step. So, get this now, it was going to cost Hoffman enterprise $2200 to be fixed but it is OK to take my $1400 and not be fixed. Because he wasn't honest, and it was one of those he said, she said things, I said I was not going to agree. Dan S. accused me of being rude and as I left was yelling at me about the prospect of getting a bad Google Review. This makes me suspect of all positive reviews regarding Hoffman Enterprise. Well to date, my heat is not working properly on either side! Thanks for rendering the car useless in the winter. Regards, Susan C. More
Everyone involved was very helpful and professional. Monica was very upfront about the cost of the trickle charger and the technician placed it just where I wanted it. Monica was very upfront about the cost of the trickle charger and the technician placed it just where I wanted it. More
