I made an appointment at Hoffman's East Hartford Lexus facility with a request for a "loaner". Matt Salimando welcomed me when I arrived, processed my work order and filled my request for the loaner. I inquired when my vehicle would be ready for pick up and Matt gave me an estimate of two to three hours. I informed him that I lived 40 minutes away and he responded that were it inconvenient for me to return when my car was ready, I could come back the following day. When I picked up the vehicle, I was presented with a sparkling cleaned (inside and out) car with shining tires...all part of normal Hoffman Lexus service...and much to my surprise, "a full tank of gas!" Within 24 hours, I received a "follow-up telephone call" inquiring if the service call was satisfactory. In summary, Matt and the rest of the Hoffman Service Team demonstrated a professional, customer- centric attitude, I've come to expect each time I pull into their facility. More

My salesmen Abniel, and the finance magician Al Ramos really came throug I don't think I could seriously say how much gratitude I have for this place. My salesmen Abniel, and the finance magician Al Ramos really came through for me when I was in a hole after my car was totaled. Even though the accident wasn't my fault I was struggling to get something I felt I deserved and they really helped me get into a car that I am overly excited to drive. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know because I received more than just great customer service. Great Experience I had my best dealership experience yesterday. I brought my recently purchased 2013 RX 350 in for a tire rotation. The wheel lock had stripped so the I had my best dealership experience yesterday. I brought my recently purchased 2013 RX 350 in for a tire rotation. The wheel lock had stripped so there were some challenges in getting the wheel locks off. My service advisor, Monica, keep me fully informed and got a loaner car for me when she realized that the job was going to take longer than anticipated. I felt very valued as a customer and that my satisfaction was very important to the staff at Lexus. I also loved the waiting lounge and enjoyed my complimentary breakfast sandwich. When I picked up my car, it was freshly washed and vacuumed and actually looked better than when I took it off the lot of another (non-Lexus) dealership six months earlier. More

Everything went seamless from the drop-off to the pick-up the next day. My service advisor Jocelyn called me to get authorization on some extra work and she was able to save me some additional money( thanks Jocelyn!). My car was cleaned and washed when I picked it up! The only disappointment was that there were no snacks (just oranges) when I picked up my car (it was after 4:00 pm anyway). More

Purchase of preowned (2014) Lexus ES300. I was very pleased with the service I received in the purchase of this pre-owned vehicle.
