I can count on them to take care of any problem and make everything right if I have a concern. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I will by another Lexus just because of the service here. That said, the phone system has deteriorated considerably. I get busy signals, phones ringing 20 times and then hanging up on me, getting forwarded to the wrong dealership, and a host of other problems. This is a new problem and it really needs to get fixed. Communications is essential to your business and you need a phone system that works consistently. More

Quick and easy I needed to schedule my 30k maintenance and was able to do quickly online. I showed up a little early but Matt was ready to assist. I was able to drop I needed to schedule my 30k maintenance and was able to do quickly online. I showed up a little early but Matt was ready to assist. I was able to drop my car, sign needed documents and out the door within a few minutes. When my car was ready, Matt called and let me know that my car was being detailed and would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up and was in my car and back on th road within minutes. Overall it was a great experience and Will be back for all my service needs. More
