I actually bought my car from Mcdermott Lexus in East Haven because when I was shopping for my new Lexus I went to Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford the I actually bought my car from Mcdermott Lexus in East Haven because when I was shopping for my new Lexus I went to Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford the salesperson at the time gave me the impression that he thought I could not afford the car and he wasn't doing a good at trying to sale me a car and he act as if I was waisting his time. Decided to return to Hoffman for service because because East Hartford is closer to my home. I have not had any issues with the service i've received thus far. Car is serviced in a timely fashion and no long wait time service complete at the time your'er told. Loaner needed always available. Follow up phone calls are made timely and professionally. More

I love this place. I love driving into the service bay: someone immediately takes my keys, puts paper floor mats in my car and sends me off to the waiting room, which i I love driving into the service bay: someone immediately takes my keys, puts paper floor mats in my car and sends me off to the waiting room, which is very comfortable. There is coffee, hot chocolate and free sodas to enjoy and big, fat comfy armchairs to sit in. I would like to mention that Lexus of Orlando offers warm cookies and a panini sandwich to its customers ( we winter in Florida) but I know things are different in the northeast so I don't hold it against Hoffman. The service department always brings my car back serviced, vacuumed, washed and ready to go. In 13 years they have never once done a poor j on. I love it. It's one of the few responsibilties in life I don't have to think about. I have bought a new Lexus from Hoffman every other year since 2004. All the salesmen, managers and technicians are friendly and competent. I can't ask fir more. More

When I called for an appointment, the recalls were listed under my name (I purchased my car at Hoffman Lexus) and I was given an appointment, which included a loaner car for the following week at my convenience. When I arrived, a pre-assigned service advisor, Monica Pelletier, greeted me right away and showed me to her office. She immediately began to process what was needed in a timely manner. The loaner car was new, clean, and non-smoking. Monica called when the service was complete. When I arrived she greeted me again and shared what the service technician had to say about my car. Nothing was urgent, and I was given a free oil change coupon. They also filled my car with gas. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and will return. More
