From infomative product overview during the test drive to respectful pricing discussions, it was great. Follow-up with an 'on-boarding' process for the new technology and it turned into an awesome experience. It just kept going - the service department looked after us and facilitated the inconvenience of routine maintenance... we were spoiled!
