She also asked questions that will ensure that your vehicle will be completely serviced. I had a question regarding my radio system, she took the information and had the service expert call me, he was off the day of the service appointment. He phoned the next morning and completely answered my question and encouraged me to phone if there were other concerns. Also Monica explains in detail what type of service is going to be performed and what will be informed on your next service visit. Overall experience was excellent. More
