Cautiously optimistic this dealer is truly great. I just started my experience with this dealer this week. I have had a history of displeasure with many dealerships (including Lexus outside of CT). So far I am cautiously optimistic this dealer may be different. I was very impressed by the default alignment check when any car comes in for service (free of charge). The service person didn't treat me like a fool trying to sell me snake oil. In this particular case I even received service I agreed to pay for prior, free of charge. I won't expect freebies all the time but it was a very positive first visit. Hopefully this keeps relationship continues positively. More
