Very informative, pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. After picking up my vehicle, I mentioned to Dean, that the reason why I purchased my new RX350 was a direct result to his customer service. I had spent several weeks looking at the Audi Q5 and would have probably purchased that vehicle, if anyone at that dealership had any interest in talking to me. After being ignored for the 4th time in 2 weeks by the fine folks at Audi, I drove next door to Lexus, and met Dean. Again, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and interested in me as a client! As we already owned a Lexus, we knew the quality is there but Tom showed us all the changes and innovations since our last Lexus (2007) and was extremely helpful in negotiating a price that was acceptable to everyone at the table. Hoffman Lexus has a really nice showroom/office area and their service department is also very friendly and helpful. My brother and I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday and were met by Tom and could tell by his demeanor that he was a true professional. No games. Right from the demo ride, down to negotiations. He knew his product cold and never once put any pressure on us to buy right then and there, as other dealers did. We ended up coming to terms and I took delivery of my new Lexus the following Tuesday. That day, the delivery process was also seamless, as I expected. Since then, I've purchased one other vehicle from Tom. My brother, has also purchased three from Tom, and my neighbor two as well. I also must comment on the service dept. which I believe to be second to none. From fixing it right the first time to their attentiveness with my time. The other reason for returning is the service team. Always prompt, courteous and friendly. I hated to see Brenda transferred to another Hoffman dealership even though I'm happy to hear it was an upward move for her. She was also like one of the family.
