Great experience Right when I pulled my vehicle in, I was attended to. Kevin, in particular, was wonderful. I showed him some "scuff" marks on my car (just to ask him what they were) and he immediately went and got a rag and some wax and worked at removing them! I didn't even ask him to! In fact, while I was doing my paper work with Micki, who was also very pleasant, Kevin was still working away at the scuff marks. He even walked around my car to find more. I was with my 9 year old son as we waited in the lounge. The lounge was very comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot cocoa! It was very relaxing and the free Wifi was appreciated. It made the 90 minute experience go by quickly. The chairs and overall lounge area was very comfortable. There was also another Lexus employee there who was very kind and noticed my son and went out of his way to say hello to him. I wish I could remember his name... The only minor thing that went wrong was when my vehicle was ready, they forgot to "reset" the dash board that tells you when you need service. And the only reason it was caught before I left was because I happened to ask a question about how to find the mileage indicator on my car. Otherwise, I would have driven off with the indicator still on. Which would have necessitated another trip to the dealership to get it reset. More
Brake/Caliper Issues I had a tire rotation and oil change done last week, and while my car was in service, I asked if they could also check to see if my brakes are okay, b I had a tire rotation and oil change done last week, and while my car was in service, I asked if they could also check to see if my brakes are okay, because I've noticed some delay when I go to stop the car at a stop light, etc. After the inspection, they told me the brakes were fine, As I left the dealership, I noticed a lot of rumbling noises coming from my rear brakes, Needless to say, I scheduled another appointment to come in and have the brakes looked at more carefully, where they discovered, after looking more into depth at the brakes, that more work has to be done than I thought. I ended up having to change everything, from my calipers to my brake pads, and so forth. In the end, it costed me a lot more than I expected, but it wouldn't have been worth it if it weren't for Bob, the employee that handled the stress with me, in such a calm, understanding and professional way. I will be coming back for new tires and other services soon. P.S., can't forget to add: after the service, my car was washed and looked so clean! It was much appreciated. More

Because I had to get home for a service appointment your staff kindly offered to drive me home while they replaced the tire ( a large staple had caused a puncture ). Since all four tires were replaced just a few months back the replacement was under a road hazard warranty. After the work was performed, your kind staff picked me up at my home. More

Sloppy Quality Control on brake servicing Historically, Hoffman Lexus servicing has been top notch for both of our vehicles. However, it was dramatically different for a recent brake service. Historically, Hoffman Lexus servicing has been top notch for both of our vehicles. However, it was dramatically different for a recent brake service. Required 3 visits to the shop before work was completed properly. My RX was dangerous to drive; the front brakes were thumping and slipping due to warped rotors that should have been identified as an issue on the first service visit. Instead of replacement, the front rotors were resurfaced 2x. In my opinion, poor QC in the shop. Apologies and prompt professional attention from service techs, but it does not change the inconvenience of coming back 2x, as well as the potential danger and safety issue with faulty repair. I live midway between Hoffman and Balise Lexus in Springfield. Balise will be servicing our cars from now on. More
