I went in not looking to buy a Lexus and because of the great service, ended up driving one home that day. We searched for months and found it almost impossible to get honest answers and respect elsewhere. Hoffman Lexus is the place to go! I was looking for a 2010 RX 350 with low miles and a specific color combination that is hard to find. I searched Lexus dealerships using a 200 mile radius of Saratoga Springs. I found the vehicle I was looking for and immediately called Hoffman Lexus. I was fortunate that I was able to speak to Tom Ryan. Tom answered my questions and made me feel confident that the 120 mile trip would be worth it as he believed this was the car that I have been looking for. The next morning I made the drive from Saratoga to East Hartford. The vehicle was everything Tom had said it was and in some ways even better. Tom and I were able to make a deal. I knew it would be about 6 days before I could come back to get the car. During that time Tom and I talked frequently about the status as well as me asking to have some additional items done. Tom made everything fall in place. He even came in on his day off to make sure my bank received a document that was needed. Today I came after work to pick up my new vehicle. The vehicle looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Tom took his time to make sure I understood how to work the many options the car had. He even helped me customize some of the settings. And if that wasn't enough, Tom helped me find a Hotel as I intended to stay the night and go back the early in the morning. And did I mention that Tom even introduced me to Mr. Hoffman the owner of the dealership. Hoffman Lexus is an excellent dealership and to have a stellar employee such as Tom Ryan as my salesman made this purchase a pleasurable experience. Mr. Tracey took the time and effort to research my issue associated with the driver's seat of my Lexus RX350 beyound my expectations. First of all, he reviewed (with me present) several used cars to establish if this was a "normal wear" situation or a factory defect. Once that was determined, he ordered a replacement part on a Friday and I was called on Monday that they received the part and were ready to replace the original seat cover! Upon arriving at the dealership, I was once again greeted by Craig Tracey who was extemely professional, understanding and patient with my problem and could not stop from apologizing for this factory defect - he was incredibly sincere. Lastly, I want you to know that I have never received this kind of treatment from any other car dealership(s) or even from my local repair shop in the past - Hoffman Lexus should be pround to have an employee like Craig Tracey representing them on a daily basis.
