We weren't sure what to expect as the dealership we had been doing business with previously had not meet our expectations. Hoffman made our dreams come true! We will continue to be customers with Hoffman from here on out. All the staff that we had to personally deal with were professional and friendly. Now the next step is being transferred to the nearest dealership in your area. Now mind you most car dealerships are not the greatest and from personal experience I've dealt with a lot of crooked dealers just looking to make a commission and put you in whatever car they can get you in. But a gentlemen over at Hoffman Lexus name Karan Singh was one of the very best car salesman I've ever come across and his boss was just as cool!!! These guys took the time to break down every aspect of buying a car, wether by financing or licensing. Which I greatly appreciated! And in the end I winded up leaving with a beautiful Lexus IS 350 Black, with the Luxury package...If you're ever in the E. Excellent car experience I called dealership ahead of time and told them what I was looking for and when I arrived today the car was out front ready for me to test drive. Lov I called dealership ahead of time and told them what I was looking for and when I arrived today the car was out front ready for me to test drive. Loved the car and Carlos was awesome, very informative about the vechicle and answered all my questions. Al was the finance guy and it was very helpful and was able to work the numbers and I drove away in a 2015 Lexus RX 350, very happy customer. My Experience at Hoffman Lexus I just purchased a car for my daughter at Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford, CT and I have to say that it was the first time that I purchased a vehicle w I just purchased a car for my daughter at Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford, CT and I have to say that it was the first time that I purchased a vehicle where I felt at ease and comfortable and not the sense of arrogance like I have felt elsewhere. I went in just to look at options. I pulled into the dealership and I was greeted by a friendly and courteous and very polite gentleman, who showed where to park and immediately after I walked into the showroom, he introduced himself as William Jones (Bill) and asked how he can help. I explained what we were looking for, he listened and worked with us explaining in details what the options were and what needed to be done. He was straight forward, upfront and assured us that he will get us the car we wanted and that he did. Bill called a few days later and told me he found the car. We picked up the car the next week and Bill Jones, Peter Quagliaroli and Rebecca were awesome in explaining everything in details. Rebecca has all the patience in the world, she went over in details how everything works in the car with my daughter and made sure my daughter understands it before going on to the next item. Her personality and friendliness made us feel as if we knew her for a long time. Bill made sure that we were comfortable and that we were being taking care of. He stopped often to make sure things were going smoothly. Peter was so helpful and patient. He was very awesome in getting me my financing to where I needed it to be and explained everything in detail to me and my daughter. He spoke to my daughter as if he was speaking to his own child and patiently answered all her questions. Bill, Peter and Rebecca treated us like we were already part of the Lexus family, the personal attention and service they gave me and my daughter was very much appreciated. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. That is how customer service should be. Great job!!! More

Walking in to Hoffman Lexus, I was feeling a little leery, since my past experince with dealership weren't so good. And I can't express enough how AMAZINGLY AWESOME was Al Ramos! That guy would make sure you are extremely happy and leave out of there satisfied! I can not thank him or Ethan enough!!! Don't go here I went to Hoffman on my search for a new GS and was not treated well. Terrific Welcome into Lexus Family My husband & I had been actively searching for a pre-owned Lexus rx350 for about 6 weeks before we contacted Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford, CT. Our past experience with other Lexus dealers left us feeling like we were being too picky or not worth the salesman's time. At Hoffman we met with Karan Singh, who understood that we were very particular about vehicle year, options, price, even the interior/exterior color that we wanted. He checked every box! He found our car within about a 10 day period! I am so grateful for his conscientious work ethic. He kept in contact with us to let us know he would "find our vehicle" for us and he did. We are very happy with the deal and are enjoying our new car! I am looking forward to an upcoming event at the dealership where I will be able to learn more about the navigation/technology aspects of our new vehicle, even though Rebecca thoroughly went over all the details when we picked the car up.
