A Pleasent Experience...a professional experience I had a pleasant surprised when I stopped by Hoffman Lexus of East Hartford CT. The customer experience was above what I expected from a dealership. Karan Singh listen to my questions, and he helped me get answers to my questions. I came back to Hoffman Lexus, because of the car (Lexus CT200h), and for how Karan Singh treated me. I also had the pleasure of working with Al Ramos (excellent business manager) and Rebecca Halprin. Rebecca showed me the technology on my new car. I have always had good car salesmen but this This is the second purchase at Hoffman Lexus and I can 't say enough good things about this dealership. I have always had good car salesmen but this time I hit the jackpot with Michael Pease. Great guy and really knew his product, in this case a Lexus 350. Was very patient with me...he stayed late, way late, to explain the car to me. Really great guy! Al Ramos in the finance department was great as well! He carefully explained everything to me and recommended products to me that he felt I needed. No pressure at all! Very pleasant man to deal with. And lastly, I will also say that if the service department was not good, I would not be going back to this dealership. This service department is outstanding,professional and courteous. I have been there for maintenance visits and I must say all of them are great. I have had a great experience with Bob Dinapoli. One of the nicest guys around. More

Kevin So I took a week off of work to look for the vechile I wanted and 1 year to research the vechile. I went to almost 10 dealers test drove almost 12 car So I took a week off of work to look for the vechile I wanted and 1 year to research the vechile. I went to almost 10 dealers test drove almost 12 cars When I got to Kevin I heard it all and seen it all. I walk into Hoffman and said LOOK im already approved all I want is a honest salesmen and a car. The Manager said hold on one min I got the person for you and Kevin appreared at NO time during the showing or the test drive did he PUSH anything on me he told me EVERYTHING abut the car even though at that point I knew the car inside and out BUT Kevin showed me things (major things) that a women would rely on about the car that that the other 10 dealers forgot to mention. I filled the paperwork and provided them with my Approval from my credit union and the deal was in process in a matter of 1 day. Kevin was FUNNY, Professional, Honest and till this day if I dont understand my car I text him and he respond with the answer. Al Ramos heard that i was using my Credit Union he basically said you want a better deal I will do my all to get you a better deal I mght need a day to complete this process but give me a chance. I gave him a chance and not only did he save me money he saved me a YEAR in payments. THANK YOU Hoffman!!!!! More

Friendly, caring, and reasonable I purchased a 2015 RX 350. The salesman Woody Hammonds was exceptional. He had a thorough knowledge if the vehicle and it's features, and amazingly kn I purchased a 2015 RX 350. The salesman Woody Hammonds was exceptional. He had a thorough knowledge if the vehicle and it's features, and amazingly knew what u was going to say before I said it. The finance/paperwork guy Al Ramos was friendly, caring, and was the kind of guy I felt good about trusting. The sakes manager Walter Pethick was up front and honest about how they price a vehicle, and I am 100% confident that I got a phenomenal deal. This wasn't my first time at the rodeo, so to speak, and knowing what to look for as far as honesty and integrity goes, I was completely happy and satisfied. Hoffman's motto is "Driven By trust", and I found out first hand that they take it very seriously. If you're in the market for a Lexus, go to Hoffman. You'll be in GREAT hands. More

Looking for new LS 460 Contacted Walter and told him what I was looking for in color and option after looking for month and he located the perfect LS460 for us. Karan and A Contacted Walter and told him what I was looking for in color and option after looking for month and he located the perfect LS460 for us. Karan and Al walked us through the buying process and it was a walk in the park. The delivery process was great the thing that I was disappointed in was the cleaning of the car I didn't expect to have to clean the windows and rear view mirrors when I got home looked like they took a wet towel and just wiped them.
