The experience, from the initial contact through the vehicle pick up, was outstanding. All of the individuals that I dealt with were professional, respectful and knew their product. The negotiations went smoothly. I didn't get all that I wanted but neither the dealer. My initial impression of the car is very favorable. I traded in a 2012 Acura TL and this is IMO a better automobile. As as FYI, I did a lot of research on this and other vehicles prior to buying. So far, so good.
