Leased my very 1st Lexus but certainly not last! My overall experience at Hoffman Lexus was very pleasurable. This was my first time shopping for a high end car and not having any particular brand in My overall experience at Hoffman Lexus was very pleasurable. This was my first time shopping for a high end car and not having any particular brand in mind I shopped around and visited multiple other dealerships. What got me in the door of Hoffman Lexus were their leasing specials and what made me stay, and eventually get a 2015 Lexus RX 350, is their customer service. Matt Louis is a very friendly salesman, who always has a smile on his face and positive, "can do" attitude. Since I wasn't sure exactly which model with which options I wanted, he ran 4 different package quotes for me, explaining pros and cons of each. Rebecca Halprin spent plenty of one on one time inside my new RX 350 going over the technology features, playing around with the navigation console and making sure all of my questions were answered. Peter Quagliaroli explained the details of my lease and, even though it has been a very long day for him (last day of the lease promotion), he ensured I felt comfortable before leaving and had a chance to ask as many questions as I needed to. Overall, Hoffman Lexus has a great team, making sure there is a specialist for every area; in the end, they made me feel that I am part of a new family :) More

They put some fun into buying a car!! Imagine that. From beginning to end the experience was without a doubt, the best we have ever had buying a car. Karan was exceptional.
