When it came to buying the new car, I was unsure of which dealership to buy from but a phone call from Nicole was great and she was so helpful on the phone that we went to Hoffman's and decided that was the dealership for us. Karan was our sales person and again, easy to talk to, knowledgable about the car, and followed through with excellent service. We did have a bit of an issue with an extra that we purchased, but Karan took care of it and showed us the top notch service that we expected when buying a Lexus. More

I was unsure of what I wanted to purchase, I had gone in their with a blank mind, At first, I did the paperwork to buy IS 2015, came home and changed my mind in one day for NX 200t. Ralph Guzzi was very accommodating and I was able to buy what I absolutely love driving right now. Peter was also very nice and helpful. I wouldn't of had gotten the intrest rate that I got without him. And Mike Pease was nice enough to stay after hours to explain my NX 200t in details. Overall, my experience was great and will definatly recommend this dealership to friends/family. More

Went above and beyond expectations Let me start by saying I am completely satisfied with the Used 2010 Ford Fusion Sport I purchased from Hoffman Lexus. The car looks, drives, and feels Let me start by saying I am completely satisfied with the Used 2010 Ford Fusion Sport I purchased from Hoffman Lexus. The car looks, drives, and feels brand new with 62,000 miles. I can tell the service team was very thorough with the examination and detailing of the car. The story of the particular day I purchased the vehicle really demonstrates the supurb Hoffman customer service. Keep in mind this was my first time buying a car. I live about an hour and half from the Hoffman dealerships, I'm up in the Northern Berkshires. I was unable to get a ride to the dealership so I came down by taking a train, with hopes of being able to drive the car back home that day. I had everything I needed to make that happen, upon providing Hoffman with my pre-qualified loan paper work they informed me that the type of loan I was approved for would take several weeks to process a check thus I would not be able to drive home with the car. Of course the loan provider left out that piece of information and I was very disappointed. I told the finance manager, Peter, that I will have to take a train home if I cannot get financing today. Outside of that one loan I had in hand, all other banks and dealers through my car buying process rejected me, so I was expecting the worst. Peter did not accept me taking another train that day. He contacted at least 10 banks and got me an amazing deal that day. I was shocked. Other dealerships couldn't get me any financing at all and Hoffman got me financing in about an hour. Before I knew it I was driving home, follow the navigation system in my new car. The story doesn't end there. As I'm driving I get a call from Peter. He informs me that he found me an even better deal that will beat both the APR and term length of the previous loan. I thought to myself I personally took sereval hours of this mans work day and he is still looking for better deals even after I'm out the door. Truly an amazing experience. Highly recommended. The Hoffman Auto Group is the only dealer I will ever be working with in the future. More

I've seen several associates come and go throughout the years but Bob, thankfully, has remained. He always handles himself in a professional manner and is eager to satisfy my repair request. I have never had anything but excellent experiences when I deal with Bob. More

I had been hesitant but knew for sur My brother has been trying to get me to trade in my 1999 Acura TL for a more reliable, newer car for a while now. I had been hesitant but knew for sure that I wanted another Acura. I finally cracked when my brother sent me information about a 2010 TSX at Hoffman Lexus the piqued my interest. My brother called the dealership to setup a time to come see the car and spoke with Ryan Mendez. Ryan assured us that the car would be on and ready to go when we got there. As promised, when we got there the car was ready to go. Ralph Guzzi was quick to greet us at to door and offered to go out with us for a test drive because when we arrived since Ryan was busy helping another client. We decided do the test drive then and the experience was a very pleasant one. I was really able to get a feel for how the car drove. After the test drive, Ryan was available so we sat with him to discuss the details of the car. In the meantime Ralph appraised my car to give me an idea of what I could get for it if I traded it in. At this time, I let Ryan know that I was NOT looking to buy that day but, that I was very interested in the car. I told Ryan that I was planning on looking at a few other options before I made a decision. Ryan inquired about the other cars I was planning to look at and he was very straightforward with me. He never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. When Ralph came back with information about my trade in, I was pleased to find out that they were willing to offer me more for the car than I had expected. Ryan also explained to me that although I was planning on looking at other cars, the one I had been looking at had been sitting on the lot for long enough that I would be getting it for below market value. They gave me print outs with the numbers and the car faxes so that I could review all of the information myself. This sealed the deal for me and even though I was set on not purchasing that day, I knew the deal was a good one and was not to be passed up. However, I was hesitant to tell them that I had changed my mind so quickly and I think that Ryan was able to sense that. He asked me if I would like to take some time to discuss things with my brother and he also gave me the keys to the car to take another look around to make sure that it was something that I really wanted. I checked out the car again and after talking it over with my brother we both decided that it felt right and so I let Ryan know that I was going to buy. Ryan ran my credit and got things setup with Peter Quagliaroli in finance. Peter was also great and very informative regarding my financing and warranty options. Overall, the experience was excellent and rather quick, not because I was rushed, but rather because I was given a great deal. I went in on Saturday around 4, just looking to test drive and left around 6 having purchased a new (to me) car. However, I did not leave with the car that day since I did not have the title to my car with me at the time of purchase. We decided that I would come back to pick it up on Monday (weather pending since heavy snow was expected). Ryan called me around 1pm today (Monday 2/9) to let me know that I could come anytime to pickup the car. I asked if I could come around 4 since I was snowed in and was waiting for my landlord to come remove the snow from my driveway. Ryan said that was fine. I left my house a bit after 4 to go pickup my car, however, on the way, due to the wintery weather conditions, I hit some black ice. My car spun out, about 180 degrees, and I hit a snow bank on the other side of the highway, leaving my car facing the wrong way on 84. Luckily no one was injured and no other cars were involved. It could have been much worse, but unfortunately, there was some damage to the back bumper of my car. My brother called Ryan to let him know what happened and his first question was, "are you guys ok?" He was more concerned about our well being than the condition of the trade in. My car battery also died in the accident so my brother informed Ryan that the car had to be towed, we asked him if we could have it towed to the dealership and he said yes. At the dealership they had me and my brother come inside and get warm while they got my car off the tow truck and jumped it. After this, I had to go down the street to get money for the tow truck driver since he only took cash and when I got back they were discussing the damage. Everything at this point had been signed and I was there to pickup the car that I had purchased. I'm sure they could have given me a hard time and told me that they were no longer going to validate the price that they had originally offered me for the trade in, however, they chose not to do this. They did acknowledge the damage but they never mentioned what it would cost to fix it in front of me. They chose to put their client, the person, before the money, and for that I am truly grateful. I had a wonderful experience working with that guys at Hoffman Lexus and I would highly recommend it to anyone. They are extremely professional, courteous and they truly do care about their clients. I would also definitely buy another car from them in the future. Their customer service is above and beyond anything that I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. Thank you Hoffman Lexus!
