From that moment forward he explained everything from vehicle options to inventory availablity. I made my decision to purchase the vehicle and a few hours later was driving away from Hoffman lexus in my brand new 2015 Lexus IS 350. Karan was our sales person and again, easy to talk to, knowledgable about the car, and followed through with excellent service. We did have a bit of an issue with an extra that we purchased, but Karan took care of it and showed us the top notch service that we expected when buying a Lexus. More
