It was my first time meeting these two professional and extremely polite gentlemen that made a lasting impression on me. I recently decided to look for a newer Lexus so I called Peter and Bill up again and they both remembered me and told me to come in and see them. What they didn't know is that I had just had major surgery a week before. Upon my arrival Bill asked me a few questions regarding my car needs and what I wanted. He then drove up with the exact car I needed. Using a team approach, Peter came over and asked me a few financial questions and within an hour of the process I was in and out of the dealership. In less than 24 hours I drove home with my 2013 Lexus - ES350. What I've realized through this experience is, it's not just the product, but also the dedicated employees like Bill and Peter that really help make Lexus a top brand in its field and will keep customers like me coming back! Peter went out of his way to find me an exceptional financing rate and made the whole process painless. The whole NX purchase was seamless. As information my partner picked up his new Lexus RX350 at 4pm on Wednesday, 5/27/15 from Woody. I spoke to Woody about my interest in the NX and he pulled one right out for me to test drive, I went home to get the 2009 RX that I was going to use as a trade in and by 6pm I was purchasing a 2015 NX. I felt very pleased with the minimal negotiation price process and Woody/Sebastian approving the purchase. I felt so good that I think the deal was fair to me and fair to Lexus. Because of Woody & Sebastian Hoffman Lexus sold 2 cars (1-2015 RX350 and 1-2015 NX) to the same household on that Wednesday.
