Woody made me feel very comfortable, he was not a push sales person, he knew his business. Sebastian was more then obliging in assuring the deal was closed the evening I bought the NX. Peter went out of his way to find me an exceptional financing rate and made the whole process painless. The whole NX purchase was seamless. As information my partner picked up his new Lexus RX350 at 4pm on Wednesday, 5/27/15 from Woody. I spoke to Woody about my interest in the NX and he pulled one right out for me to test drive, I went home to get the 2009 RX that I was going to use as a trade in and by 6pm I was purchasing a 2015 NX. I felt very pleased with the minimal negotiation price process and Woody/Sebastian approving the purchase. I felt so good that I think the deal was fair to me and fair to Lexus. Because of Woody & Sebastian Hoffman Lexus sold 2 cars (1-2015 RX350 and 1-2015 NX) to the same household on that Wednesday. After expressing what my needs were to Mr Singh and also stressing to him that I was not here to play pricing games or spending my entire day at the dealership, which has been known to happen when ever I go to a dealerships to purchase a car. Mr. Singh assured me that that would not be the case at Hoffman Lexus and though I was doubtful of his reassurance, I was pleasantly surprised about my time spent at Hoffman. My needs were met down to the very color and I was in and out of Hoffman Lexus within a few hours. I was happy to find he had “my perfect car” waiting for me! I ended up purchasing that exact car at a great price.
