They are sending a representative to fit my schedule on a two hour trip to meet me for the registration. I'm not sure any other dealership would be so accommodating and have a smile on their face while doing it! I called to make an appointment with William "Eddie" Adkins and got his voice mail, with it being a busy day I had little time and decided that I would wait and try again another day . Eddie reviewed his missed calls and called back my number. We agreed on a time and he said he would be waiting at the door for me. When I arrived he was waiting and had the car model I was interested in waiting for a test drive. We drove more than 1 of the same model and they took one off the showroom floor for the test drive. I ended up liking that one best. I was able to purchase and take delivery in the same day. This is my second car at this dealership and they are definitely customer focused More

It was my first time meeting these two professional and extremely polite gentlemen that made a lasting impression on me. I recently decided to look for a newer Lexus so I called Peter and Bill up again and they both remembered me and told me to come in and see them. What they didn't know is that I had just had major surgery a week before. Upon my arrival Bill asked me a few questions regarding my car needs and what I wanted. He then drove up with the exact car I needed. Using a team approach, Peter came over and asked me a few financial questions and within an hour of the process I was in and out of the dealership. In less than 24 hours I drove home with my 2013 Lexus - ES350. What I've realized through this experience is, it's not just the product, but also the dedicated employees like Bill and Peter that really help make Lexus a top brand in its field and will keep customers like me coming back!
