It was my first time meeting these two professional and extremely polite gentlemen that made a lasting impression on me. I recently decided to look for a newer Lexus so I called Peter and Bill up again and they both remembered me and told me to come in and see them. What they didn't know is that I had just had major surgery a week before. Upon my arrival Bill asked me a few questions regarding my car needs and what I wanted. He then drove up with the exact car I needed. Using a team approach, Peter came over and asked me a few financial questions and within an hour of the process I was in and out of the dealership. In less than 24 hours I drove home with my 2013 Lexus - ES350. What I've realized through this experience is, it's not just the product, but also the dedicated employees like Bill and Peter that really help make Lexus a top brand in its field and will keep customers like me coming back! New Car Purchase - 2015 NX Foy (Woody), Sebastian and Peter were exceptional in providing professional service excellence and representing what I have become accustomed to with Foy (Woody), Sebastian and Peter were exceptional in providing professional service excellence and representing what I have become accustomed to with Hoffman Lexus. Woody made me feel very comfortable, he was not a push sales person, he knew his business. Sebastian was more then obliging in assuring the deal was closed the evening I bought the NX. Peter went out of his way to find me an exceptional financing rate and made the whole process painless. The whole NX purchase was seamless. As information my partner picked up his new Lexus RX350 at 4pm on Wednesday, 5/27/15 from Woody. I spoke to Woody about my interest in the NX and he pulled one right out for me to test drive, I went home to get the 2009 RX that I was going to use as a trade in and by 6pm I was purchasing a 2015 NX. I felt very pleased with the minimal negotiation price process and Woody/Sebastian approving the purchase. I felt so good that I think the deal was fair to me and fair to Lexus. Because of Woody & Sebastian Hoffman Lexus sold 2 cars (1-2015 RX350 and 1-2015 NX) to the same household on that Wednesday. After expressing what my needs were to Mr Singh and also stressing to him that I was not here to play pricing games or spending my entire day at the dealership, which has been known to happen when ever I go to a dealerships to purchase a car. Mr. Singh assured me that that would not be the case at Hoffman Lexus and though I was doubtful of his reassurance, I was pleasantly surprised about my time spent at Hoffman. My needs were met down to the very color and I was in and out of Hoffman Lexus within a few hours. From the beginning the team at Hoffman Lexus impressed me with their follow-up and answers to my many questions. We've purchased several cars over the years, (my significant other has a two year itch for luxury), but this was by far the best buying experience. Thank you for making me feel valued, and respected. Definitely worth the flight, and 5 1/2 hr drive home with my car.
