5 Stars for the New Guy I was one of Eddie's first customer--He's great. He really went the extra mile. He was always upbeat and honest. He was never rushed. I didn't feel like he was trying to squeeze the most juice out of me. At the end of the day, he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. In that he was new, he didn't know all the answers. When I asked him a stumper, he wouldn't BS me. He just said, " I'll get back to you on that," and he always did. The rest of the crew was very good as well. Special thank you to Sebastian who was great. Usually the closer can be a pain, but like Eddie, he was intent on making sure I was happy with my purchase and that I felt like I was getting my money's worth. Buying a car is not something I enjoy but these guys made it quite pleasant. More

Technology problem I worked directly with Jeff Dorman and Derek (technology analyst). Both were excellent to work with. Jeff was the initial service contact and Derek I worked directly with Jeff Dorman and Derek (technology analyst). Both were excellent to work with. Jeff was the initial service contact and Derek performed the actual work. Derek spent time with me to set up the Lexus Enform app and discuss what could be causing the bluetooth connectivity problem. It appears that he has been able to resolve the bluetooth problem. He also corrected a problem created by me (lost gum) without charging me which I greatly appreciate More
