It does not get any better. Service was excellent and most accommodating. Called at noon on Saturday for service that day and they made an appointment for 2:00pm. Mr. DiNapoli took care of everything. The care was ready on time that afternoon, washed and clean. It does not get any better than that. More

Jeff greeted me and within minutes had a diagnosis of what proved to be the issue...when I picked up the car, it drove like new and looked the part too. I was given a delicious breakfast sandwich and a great cup of coffee. This kind of service is standard every time I have come in with one of two Lexus vehicles that I own (usually at 30K intervals). I will continue to trust Hoffman Lexus with my autos and wil, more than likely, purchase another Lexus there. Don't change a thing!! More

The individuals we dealt with could not do enough for us. I was especially impressed with the salesmanship and technical training provided by Kevin Schofield. I normally do not purchase service plans on my new cars ,but I did on this one. The plan offered by Hoffman was both reasonable in price and a great value. There was no high pressure salesmanship to purchase any plan, but were explained in detail by Al Ramos. These are the reasons that I will purchase my next Lexus from Hoffman. The reason I purchased my 2015 Lexus RX350 from Hoffman was due the special treatment we were given in 2006 when purchasing our very first Lexus, a 2007 RX 350 from Tom Ryan. From the moment we walked in the door and received a warm welcome from Ethan Williamson, we felt at home. Our sales consultant Raj Upadhyay was not only very knowledgeable about every aspect of the new NX200 model, but also enthusiastic about helping us find a car that would best meet our needs as we described them to him. During our test drive, he pointed out many of the impressive safety and comfort features of the car in a low-key and non-distracting manner, and afterwards showed us several models in stock with the equipment we were seeking. Later, he worked with us back at his desk to find a car that without question is the finest one we have ever owned. Al Ramos assisted us with final purchase details and also in taking delivery of our new car in a very pleasant and efficient manner. He offered excellent advice about all the options available for the vehicle, and made the whole process go very smoothly. We were also very impressed by---and grateful for---the excellent orientation provided by Technology Specialist Rebecca Halprin, who taught us how to access and use all the key technology features of the car. She even used our garage-door opener to prepare the Homelink system for us, so that we were able to activate it at home in one easy step after we arrived there with our new car. We are now looking forward to the technology session she will soon be leading as an opportunity to further enhance our understanding and mastery of the car's many valuable capabilities. Every step of our buying experience has added to our confidence that we are embarking upon a long and satisfying relationship with Hoffman Lexus! More

My daughter in law and I went shopping for new cars at volvo,toyota and lexus. I not only expected and demanded a great vehicle, great service but also a great deal. There was no pressure at any time. Bill Jones was very patient and gracious with us. We took our time reviewing and test driving the 350 and the 200t. Mr Ramos was very honet and thorough and went into all the financial details. The first comment my daughter in law made when we left "there was no pressure at any time." My husband and my son were very pleased with our purchase. Thank you for a great experience. More
