Only have one chance to make first impression, nailed it Walking into Hoffman Lexus with no appointment I was met by friendly hostess who asked, how can I help you. I needed help looking for a Lexus that would fit my needs and budget. At that moment Tom Ryan walked by and without hesitation introduced himself and offered to help me. During my time with Tom he truly listened to what i was in the market for and my budget. He showed me several cars that were available and allowed me to compare prices and mileage. Not seeing anything that caught my eye right away, I saw Toms eyes light up. He said, come with me. Walking me through the showroom, we ended up in the maintenance bay where on the lift was a matador red 2014 is250 with 16,500 miles. This was the car. I had no poker face at this time and it was a matter of math at this point. Tom knowing my budget worked to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. I just want to thank Tom for not hesitating to take care of me like I had an appointment, truly listening to what i was looking for and most important helping me find the perfect car for me.
