Replace the transmission at 61000 miles????? I recently brought in my 2010 RX350 because of transmission issues. Bob was my service rep and was very pleasant to work with. He was professional in his dealings with me and did his best to help me understand the issues with my car. Bob is the reason why I would recommend this service center. I am, however, quite disappointed that my transmission needed replacement after 61000 miles. I have been driving for 44 years and have owned many cars. I have never had transmission problems. Now I own a Lexus and the transmission needs replacement??? Lexus is supposed to be a quality brand and I am extremely disappointed in the brand. More
