Prompt, courteous service Service Advisor, Micki, asked all the right questions. She estimated the time needed for the service almost to the minute. Also met with Derek, the Tech Advisor, who helped us better understand how to use our RX 350's tech. equipment. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable but he was also a pleasure to work with.
