Mr. Tulley, We inspected your concern in great interest and detail. We called Lexus technical support. We involved our Field Technical Specialist. We were asked by them to take measurements and return that data to them. The response from Lexus is that there is a tolerance in the ride height for the GX model and your vehicle is within those specifications. No repair or adjustment is recommended or would be supported by Lexus. I truly apologize that you are not satisfied with that answer. It comes directly from the manufacturer of the product. We will always be happy to help you in your service needs. Our hands are tied with this particular concern.
