I just purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Hinshaws honda in Auburn. the mistreatment by the service department is the kind of experience i would not wish on any other cash purchasing customer. The salesman San and his Manager on duty were top notch but the rest of the dealership is far from courteous. Paying more than 2,000 above fair market value (my choice) i was assured vehicle was top notch and worth it. upon entering the car the following morning to discover HVAC controls are bunk. Brought to dealer for inspection and repair to have an invoice thrown in my face by Chris the service writer exclaiming "we're not paying for this". Nice treatment for a cash customer. Returned to get a copy of the inspection following day due to the fact my car lost over 10 mpg average since they touched it, half of the file was provided and the service manager exclaims "couldn't be us" after all, i know what it was when i arrived. I guess i should have asked real mechanics. Wish CarFax could base values on where you have to buy More
