Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered and addressed through outstanding customer service by Becki and others at the dealership. When I noticed that one of the front tires on the used car I was purchasing was worn and needed to be replaced, Hinshaw's replaced BOTH front tires with brand new matching tires, free-of-charge. My family has bought 4 cars over the years from Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn, and we will most definitely look there first when looking to purchase another vehicle. More

I texted Cheryl off a Craigslist ad over a few days about a 2010 Honda Insight. She didn't come off as aggressive and responded to all of my questions directly. Talked to Mike about a possible transmission issue right after buying a used car from their dealership. Nothing ended being wrong but I felt as if the department took their time to research my concerns to c after buying a used car from their dealership. I don't have a spare key and the service department was closed. The staff there was great in helping me get access to the car, it took a little detective work to find the master key and I left with my badge.
