I purchased my dream car from Hinshaws Honda in the spring of 2013. Since then I've had oil changes, detailing and minor maintenance work at their service department. The consistent quality of workmanship and friendly service of the staff is unsurpassed. I've had the help of Bob several times and I appreciate his honesty, professional demeanor and attention to detail and promptness in regards to my car needs. My purchase of my Honda CRZ hybrid was not only a investment in an automobile but an investment in a relationship between myself and a wonderful dealership. Two thumbs up, Hinshaws Honda! More

I began my search for a used Honda at Jay Lees in Sumner. I've been going to Hinshaw Honda since I moved from Hawaii on October 2012. I was referred by my cousin and husband who gave them a high praise due to their excellent customer and caring service. Up until now, I've always gone to this location even though I live 30 minutes away AND there are "2" other Honda locations that I can go to for servicing. Damon and the entire service department has always taken good care of me and my car from when I arrive (opening the door) to when I leave (opening the door) - what service! So on 12/31/13, I've taken the advice from Damon to have my 15K service on my car. At this visit, being that my car has racked up alot of miles during my travels, I have asked for my car to be appraised as well. Well, he referred me to Cheryl Krebs who has taken really good care of my needs and attention. She simply made it so effortless and painless to purchase my car. There were no heavy sales talks, just gave me what I wanted and was on my way to owning my brand new Honda Accord. I have to say, they pay very close attention to details and did not push me to buy something I didn't want or can afford. At the end of my negotiating with Cheryl, she introduced me the the Finance Mgr, Richard who was very helpful and made my purchase very painless even with the curve ball that was tossed in his direction. He made it happen! I want to say "Mahalo" to Damon Titus, Cheryl Krebs, Richard (Finance Mgr) and of course the entire Hinshaw Honda for "Making a believer out of Me!"... I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L which I purchased on 12/31/13 - what a way to end the year and an awesome way to start the new year with my new ride! Thank you! More

I HAVE NEVER USED A SERVICE DEPARTMENT OTHER THAN HINSHAW'S FOR MY TWO HONDA CRV'S SINCE PURCHASED FROM HINSHAW'S IN '05/'06, AND WOULD NEVER CONSIDER CHANGING THAT PRACTICE. THE SERVICE DEPT. IS A HINSHAW'S FOR MY TWO HONDA CRV'S SINCE PURCHASED FROM HINSHAW'S IN '05/'06, AND WOULD NEVER CONSIDER CHANGING THAT PRACTICE. THE SERVICE DEPT. IS A NO NONSENSE OPERATION THAT DOES THE TASK(s) CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME AND THE FRIENDLINESS OF NOT ONLY BOB, BUT ALL OF THE SERVICE DEPT STAFF, IS OUTSTANDING. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT IN MY 57 YEARS OF OWNING AUTOMOBILES THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS WELL AS I AM AT HINSHAW'S. WHEN MY VEHICLES ARE READY I ALWAYS LEAVE THE FACILITY FEELING GREAT THAT MY RIGS AND ME HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH THOROUGH PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT. BRAVO ZULU TO BOB FOR HANDLING MY SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL TO SET UP A MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE TO THE TIME I AM ON MY WAY BACK HOME.
